Membership Terms

Section 1 - Membership Options

There are currently two types of membership available with us.

Standard Member – £19/month

  • 20% off all peak-time bookings

  • 10% off drinks and snacks

  • Play and practice off-peak at a discounted rate

  • Invitations to members-only social events

  • Entry into our leagues and tournaments

Full Member – £85/month

  • Free off-peak practice sessions (fair use applies)

  • 10% off drinks and snacks

  • 2 free peak hours each month to bring friends - additional members play free

  • Invitations to members-only social events

  • Entry into our leagues and tournaments

  • Unlimited barista-quality coffee

  • Access to The Pin’s social space at any time

Section 2 - Term and Payments

Memberships run on a rolling 12-month term, paid monthly in advance.
Payments are taken automatically each month using your chosen payment method.
Your membership renews automatically unless you cancel as described below.

Section 3 - Cancellation

You can cancel after 12 months by giving at least 30 days’ notice before your next billing date.

We understand life happens — if you move away, get injured, or something major changes, you can ask to end your membership early.
Just drop us a message and we’ll look at it case by case.

Section 4 - Fair Use and Conduct

Memberships are personal — please don’t share or transfer them.

Be kind and respectful to other members, visitors and our team. Misusing equipment or ignoring staff instructions can lead to your membership being ended. If that happens due to misconduct, the rest of your 12-month membership will still be payable.

We have fair use restrictions to make sure everyone gets a fair chance to enjoy the space. We may adjust what “fair use” means from time to time, and we’ll always let you know if we do. Our current fair use policies are:

  • Full Member off-peak sessions - 10 hours / week

  • Maximum upcoming Full Member Bookings - 3

Section 5 - Using the Facility

Full Members can book off-peak sessions for free within the current definition of fair use.
Guests are welcome — just note that there’s a guest fee for anyone joining you.
Standard Members can book discounted off-peak sessions for themselves and bring guests at the usual guest rate.
Please make all bookings through our booking system.
Off-peak and peak times are shown there and may change seasonally.
Free or discounted sessions reset each calendar period and can’t be carried forward.

Section 6 - Discounts and Perks

Members get 10% off drinks and snacks at the bar.
Discounts don’t apply to event catering or special promotions unless specified.
Perks and discounts may change occasionally — if they do, we’ll give you a heads-up.

Section 7 - Prices and Changes

We may review membership fees, guest rates or fair-use limits from time to time.

If anything changes, we’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice by email or on our website.
If you don’t agree with the new rate or terms, you can end your membership at your next renewal by contacting us before the change takes effect.

Section 8 - Liability

You use The Pin’s facilities at your own risk. We’re not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.

Please tell a member of staff straight away if something looks unsafe or damaged.
